1.2 Apostille & Authentication Services
We assist with preparing and submitting documents for apostille or authentication in the United States and for use in other countries. We do not control processing times or decisions made by government agencies, consulates, or other third parties.

We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on this website or in our communications should be considered legal or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting an attorney or other qualified professional when needed.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
3.1 Scheduling
Appointments may be requested or booked online, by email, phone, or through scheduling tools we use. An appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to set and enforce cancellation or rescheduling policies, including possible fees, which may be communicated at the time of booking.
3.3 No-Shows
If you are not present or available at the agreed time and place, this may be treated as a no-show and may result in fees or refusal of future bookings, at our discretion.
3.4 Refusal of Service
We may refuse or terminate services if:
- You provide false or incomplete information
- The documents appear suspicious, incomplete, or outside the scope of what we are permitted to handle
- Conditions at the appointment location are unsafe
- Providing services would violate laws, regulations, or ethical rules
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your documents are complete and ready for notarization
- Bringing valid, acceptable identification as required by law
- Reviewing your documents for accuracy before and after notarization
- Confirming specific requirements for apostille or authentication in the destination state or country
We are not responsible for errors or omissions in documents you prepare or provide, or for changes in requirements by authorities in other states or countries.
5. Fees and Payments
5.1 Fees
Our fees may include:
- Notary fees (per signature, per document, or per visit)
- Travel or mobile fees. All travel or mobile fees must be agreed upon in writing prior to any travel.
- Apostille/authentication processing or handling fees
- Additional service or rush fees when applicable
Fees will be communicated before or at the time of booking or before services are performed.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due as communicated (for example, at time of booking or at the appointment). We may accept various payment methods and may change accepted methods from time to time.
5.3 No Refunds in Certain Cases
In some cases, fees may be non-refundable, such as:
- When you cancel or do not show up outside our allowed time
- When a government agency, consulate, or other third party rejects a document for reasons beyond our control
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
We cannot guarantee:
- That a government agency, consulate, or other authority in any state or country will accept or approve your documents
- Processing times or decisions made by any third party
Our role is to assist with document preparation, notarization, and submission according to your instructions and applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout—is owned by or licensed to SheSecures and is protected by copyright and other laws.
