Welcome to SheSecures. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, forms, and services. By submitting a request, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

SheSecures provides professional document services, including:

• Notary services

• Apostille processing

• Document authentication

We are not a government agency. We do not issue apostilles or certifications. These are issued by state, federal, or foreign authorities.

2. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Ensuring documents are correct and complete

• Confirming the destination country

• Confirming the receiving agency’s requirements
  
  

SheSecures is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.

3. Fees and Payment

All service fees must be paid in full before work begins.

Fees may include:

• SheSecures service fees

• Government filing fees

• Embassy, consulate, or third-party fees

• Shipping and handling
  
  

Government and third-party fees are non-refundable once submitted.

4. Processing Times

All timelines provided are estimates. Processing times depend on:

• Government offices

• Foreign agencies

• Shipping carriers
  
  

SheSecures is not responsible for delays caused by government offices, postal services, embassies, or third-party agencies.

5. Shipping & Delivery

SheSecures uses third-party shipping carriers. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once documents leave our custody. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

Service fees may be refunded only if work has not yet begun.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Government fees

• Embassy or consulate fees

• Shipping costs

• Services already performed

• Rejected documents due to client error
  
  

7. Notary Services

Notary fees are governed by North Carolina law. Travel and mileage charges are allowed only when agreed to in writing prior to travel.

8. Limitation of Liability

SheSecures is not liable for:

• Rejected documents

• Missed deadlines

• Lost business opportunities

• Government processing errors

• Shipping delays or losses
  
  

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to SheSecures for services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
